Solidarity Statement to the Mexicano Untied Front Delegation for Tear Down the WallsIn The Spirit of Internationalism: With much enthusiasm and in the spirit of true internationalism, I welcome the idea for a unity meeting to be held in El Paso, Tejas, in December 2001 to create the foundation for a Mexicano Untied Front Delegation that would attend the international conference scheduled for March 2002 in Havana, Cuba, to address the questions of Chicano Mexican Self Determination, political prisoners, and international human rights as related to the occupied territories. This is a great opportunity to internationalize our movement and to network with other world human rights organizations. I endorse whole heatedly such a unity and will be asking all Raza activists to support the same. En Solidaridad, |
